It lasted as long as the paid for six month lease, and whatever z list celeb bashes they got invited to. John James never was, and never will be romantically interested in Josie, and I reckon he got sick of being chased around the bedroom. True. He told her time and time again that he 'didn't see her like that, that she was only a good friend'...... said it to her more times than I recall - and to anyone else who would listen. Also said he went for slim sporty types and that she wasn't her type etc.

It's a weird environment though, the BB house, real but not like the real word: locked away from the outside world, a housemate might not get on very well with some of the others and start to rely on their closest friends over time in there for emotional support.

Josie Gibson – and a close (female) friend – painted the town red yesterday evening when they attended the Childrens Champions Awards.

The Big Brother star looked as though she had a full on night when she departed London’s Grosvenor House.

She'll be getting a load on every night now that JJ's gone back to Mummy .....

She also played up for them as she and her friend Mia gave each other a kiss on the lips as they left the bash and got into a taxi.

The split was so inevitable since the moment the fake romance first started. Josie Gibson took to her Twitter page in the early hours of this morning to put rumours to rest and revealed the pair did not plan to reunite.

She wrote: “Its done guys. No more jjj. Sorry. Looks like OK were right. X”
