My feet might still be ok from when I was walking as they really toughened up eventually.. But those first few are agony. A friend told me to thread a needle and pull a bit thread through the blister and leave it there.. Probably one of the best tips I've ever been given. Ih and wearing a thick pair of socks over a thin pair..

Maintaining a pace whereI can still talk?? That'll be walking then!
