as part of the series' twist.
Settle Them In Week 1: 2 noms to face eviction. Week 2: 2 noms to face eviction. Things About To Get Wild Week 3: 2 noms to stay, those that receive the least put up for eviction. Week 4: 1 nom to face eviction, 1 nom to stay, after cancelling out, those who do not end on '0' are up for eviction, except any who get 3 or more, or -3 or less... thats an achievement (to help keep in the most controversial character). The Fun Begins Week 5: House introduced to 2 new HMs on Week 4's Friday eviction show; 1 nom to keep, 1 nom to trade original HM (new HM with most noms automatically stays, Other New HM vs. Original with most noms eviction). Week 6 [mid-series]: All HMs up for double eviction, but task for 2-4 to gain immunity. Week 7 [crime weekly themed task]: 2 noms to face eviction - 'This is Big Brother, the housemates up for nomination for eviction this week in no particular order are.. ''blah''.. AND.. ''blah''.. AND.. etc. Here is the evidence...' -big screen plays of nominations of those that receieved the most- They must then decide which of them will face eviction ALONE (get 24 hours to argue their cases until decision, past nom talk allowed), with a 'guilty for eviction or not guilty for eviction vote' by the public. Also another new HM enters Friday night. Week 8: 2 noms to face eviction, actually 2 noms to save so those that receive least put up (new HM immune) *twist* Week 9: Public nominate, HMs evict (called in DR randomly, exit DR to the left to stop revealing whats going on, evictee can only say bye to others who were up /nasty). Time To Be... Nice? Week 10: Do not have to nominate, if none do all up (told). Week 11: 2 noms to give a HM finale-ticket, most wins it, rest of house up for double eviction. Return to Normality Week 12: All house up, vote to win! ![]()

I prefer the nominatons to be that, who the housemates put up, in the secret area of the diary room,no twists, it drives me mad when they make such a play on discussing nominations at all then doing daft twists with them.
I'd rather the nominations process stay as it has always been in the main but anyone discussing nominations be automatically put up that week. Twists on other things but I hope they leave the nominations alone this time. The most pathetic twist last time was the pouring of buckets over a nominee. You didn't get the true picture of nominations that would have happened then as opposed to how they would have been done had they still been done in the diary room. The process of nominating has always been kept the same, with the odd exception of a twist 1 week, it would be interesting to see how the HMs behave not knowing what the nomination process will be that week.
- knows people will want it kept the same, but still thinks it would make a great twist for a series instead of a stupid launch twist -

You said "The process of nominating has always been kept the same" - regrettably, over the seasons, that has been increasingly less true - there has been far roo much fiddling about by BB, frequently to keep the "chosen ones" in the house .....

Nominations is one of the key rules and concepts in BB. its one of the things i think should stay the same. Save and replace ruined it for me. That is why we were left with such boring housemates in the end.

This isnt a permanent suggestion btw, just this series twist, or next year... instead of another house or whatever junk they try to pull off. Quote:
Also, the same old thing could be BB's downfall, sure hardcore fans love the process (me included, but I hate when its too predictable/block-voting), but a shake up may pull in more people and could be capable of causing some fireworks!

I love the idea of the way nominations work being slightly different each week.
I never liked the save & replace tasks last year, it just got a bit boring with the same thing each week. Changing nominations each week keeps things interesting for the viewers and housemates. It would put a stop to people following the same tactic voting that usually develops each series. With it being different each week the housemates can't plan ahead on who they're getting rid of as they won't know what to expect next. It's a twist that hasn't been done before either, I think it would work really well; even if it's just for the one series. |

Think of how many weeks altogether there have been of BB and count the nomination twist weeks, not many... And also most of them were just benefitting the 1 HM and changing how many they can nominate/immuning somebody...
Did you read my post? This isnt about doing that, its about changing what youre nominating... Aims of the Weeks; Week 3 - introduces nominating to save. Week 4 - doesnt work on a who gets the most/least votes system like usual, but who works out on totalling 0 (bar 3+ -3 or less which is unlikey, but is purely to try and help the most hated HM by the others to remain in the house another week). Week 5 - makes new HMs work to keep their position. Week 6 - hopefully removes some deadwood. Week 7 - nomination process linked with task, 1st time 1 person up for eviction in a should they stay or should they go situation. Week 8 - pure twist, again to help keep disliked HMs in the house to stay - for arguments! Week 9 - public get more of a say, which is what we like. Week 10 - shows what the HMs intentions are, will they agree not to vote then backstab? Week 11 - finish the series off by making it more nicey. ![]() Obvs these are just suggesting what they could do, people may have others which theyre welcome to say! ![]()

Not true, but some (sorta) have and Ive tried improving them on what Id like to see. And fair enough, but I reckon you would if it was done, itd certainly be more unpredictable and exciting.

![]() Playing with nominations serves only to confuse the issue, both for the viewers and the HMs, who, as we have seen recently, have taken it upon themselves NOT to nominate, thus incurring more nomination-fiddling from BB ..... ![]() As we know, alienated viewers abandoned BB by the million - IMO,too many HMs and too many "twists" (along with appalling simple "tasks") did not encourage viewer particpation ..... ![]() |

However this isnt about 'fiddling' and its not about changing the nom selection for just 1 HM, they all get the same treatment its just the scenario in which they have to nominate differs. You dont like the idea its cool but yeah, dont think ya getting what Im trying to put forward properly. ![]()

The way I would do it:
Rather then the top 2 vote getters being up for nomination the top 5 vote getters are nominated Save and Replace stays Vote to SAVE! |

I LOVE the idea of the crime-related, guilty/not guilty thing. It would a cool idea to have the one housemate up and people vote yes or no. Although they probably will get evicted. But yeah that night would need some other kind of event, like a housemate going in like you said, coz if no one gets evicted, the crowd are gonna feel slightly cheated...!

I think if they are going to messa round with noms/whos up/changing the vote(eg. to vote to save)...then we should be told BEFOREHAND. Otherwise it just looks like they are making the decisions based on who is likely to go each week.
(Yes Im still bitter about them anouncing a quad eviction AFTER they knew josie got the pass to the final ![]() |

Save + Replace, yes! But I do like the concept of voting out who you dont like.. even though some characters are lost. Im wierd, I know some provide entertainment but they have to go if I cant stand them ![]() Quote:
![]() Yepp I thought that too, a new HM could go in regardless, or only goes in if the potential evictee is 'guilty' nahaha Quote:

Yeah, I agree they change the nomination process, and these are great ideas. I would like to see face-to-face nominations, they bring drama.
