Depends entirely on whether or not you SEE her hit him on the head. I'm not trying to be picky, it's just all about the technicalities. Like when Stella (Phil's girlfriend who abused Ben) jumped off the roof and onto the car, they never showed you her hitting the car, just the sound and his reaction.
