No, it really cant. I know you think it can but it can't. The average bitrates, compression etc don't lie. Get a YouTube upload of a song, get the song on physical CD, and play them one after another on a proper pair of speakers.
I'm sure it sounds clean and alright, sure, but if you really listen the little nuances become abundant. This all goes out the window of course if you're using some crummy iPOD earjacks or inbuilt laptop speakers as your benchmark. Last edited by Stu; 29-05-2011 at 10:06 PM. |
