I hate sharing my tips and luckily we don't share them out. We have sections so we look after our own tables from start to finish.

Yeah, that's probably a better way of doing it. It doesn't bother me too much as I work the bar more than the restaurant but there has been a few times I've had a 20 pound tip and it is quite annoying putting it in the jar.
