The viewer is given a distorted vision - and not the clear cut, full version.

ps. The name is Pyramid*. not 'mate'. Cheers!
You are right. But that is down to the editors and the makers of Big Brother.. not the housemates themselves. Unlike TOWIE where the characters have a proper script. In BB the housemates don't have a script but the producer and editors do

Pyramid is missing the point

The post is "Please dont turn BB like Towie"

Which is scripted, acted and full of fakes.

This is what we dont want from BB

Oh I understand quite succinctly the finite details. It doesn't detract from the fact that regardless: BB does follow a script - albeit one that is designed/engineering and steered by the programme makers and editors.

MATE (not pyramid) can you accept we are talking about an actual SCRIPT where people are told what to say like they are in TOWIE.

This is what we do not want

Incorrect. Pyramid* has hit the point quite precisely. You simply do not wish to accept another pov on the matter.

BB is not full of fakes!!! Really.... now that's one opinion that I most definately differ on !!

Yeah but that's not the housemates fault. Unlike in TOWIE when the lights of Amy Childs, Sam, Mark, Arg and whoever know exactly what they are doing.

The housemates in BB don't know what is edited or not. Because some of them are shocked when they come out of BB. Because BB doesn't film a full on argument or both sides of the story. They pick a "chosen" one who is favourite and favours their edits.

I don't think Josie expected to win until she was in the final 5.

I don't know what PEJ was thinking when they decided to give a free pass. The majority of twists seem stupid. If they left all that rubbish then we would have had a decent final. And Corin and Sam would have been the final 2.

BB needs to leave the housemates to their own devices. Give them plenty of food, booze and parties. Therefore the hms will have such a good time that they don't want to leave.

This is why in the early series of BB it was more compeitive because hms didn't want to go home because they were having a good time. They were treat like adults and not like kids with teeny parties with 2 bottles of wine to share between 14 people!! Ridiculous!!!

BB3 was good cos the HMs entertained themselves. Even when people walked they would give them a proper leaving party and stuff.

BB12 needs that and needs some drama that the HMs make, then I guess they'll edit it to make it look entertaining for viewers, yet the big fans will see it all happen live anyway, and I'm sure it's very different seeing it on LF to seeing it on HL shows.

We need BB to actually care about the housemates like in BB3 not as disposable wanabees

If you look at the diary room entries from BB3 when a housemate (Kate for example) was upset in the diary room BB would become more personal and empathetic

Over recent years, those who chose to go on the show are well aware of the manipulation, of the tweeking, and of how the producers etc will force (put over) what THEY want -and they (the contestants) will act out a fake persona as they are more than aware of this fact.

That is precisely my point.

It's a lot better on live feed. You get the full story. You may see a 10 minute argument on the HL show but it's like a 40 minute argument on Live feed! Brilliant!!

They do have to edit it all into a one hour show.. I know that! But they do have bloody biased editing!!

Also they should bring the type of Live Feed they had for BB3 where you could click on any room you wanted and view live feed!

Some of the BB11 live feed was a bit shocking when they just zoomed on Josie and John James under the covers!!

To reiterate: to follow the path that the programme makers & those on their payroll want.

Scripted to suit BB.

Yeah I reckon most will act up. But from bb11 I think some housemates were peed off because Josie won. Such as Ife. I think Ife thought she was going to make it to the final. She was always positive and on about the "secret".

If you are consistent in your character you will go far. Such as Josie who slept under the covers for 11 weeks. The only way of being consistent is doing nothing. This is why we have had a string of boring winners in past years.

C5 need to address the agents issue before and after HMs enter and leave the house. We need less wannabees leaving and making more than the winner

Also referring back to my last post.. this is why we need a VOTE TO SAVE.

It so simple....

27 live feed
Always a vote to SAVE.
Plenty of food, booze and parties.

SORTED!!

And of course.. EXCELLENT, ENTERTAINING HOUSEMATES.

The bores will go first with a vote to save. Simples!

Not many make over 500 grand. Which is now the winners prize fund.

Imagine being in the final 2. That 500 grand is just a slip away out of your hands!

Yes. Totally agree.

And without all the sudden voting rule changes and clearly scripted maniuplative moves on BB's part - which basically throws up the 2 fingered salute to the very fans of the show who have kept it alive all these years.

Agree with everything apart from the food. - C5 should feck with the food items and give em "alternatives" as do Asda etc- The food items seems to have been the start of arguments in the past.

True.

Also if they have less food and more booze they will be drunk quicker!
