You sit in a circle, one person gets up and taps people's heads saying "duck" and carries on until they want to have someone chase them round the circle, so they say "goose" when they pat that persons head, then the goose has to catch the person trying to run round the circle back to their spot.

I have no idea how this would work as a challenge however, it was just the most exciting childs game I could think of

You skipped round the circle with a tissue singing "i sent a letter to my love, to my love to my love.. I sent a letter to my love, and on the way I dropped it" whoever you dropped your tissue on had to Chase you...

I suppose duck duck goose is a bit simpler.
