I remember Christmas like 5 Years ago; They had a new game boy out - but it was tiny and I was so excited to get it.

And my Mum went to buy it [well Santa did rofl] and she goes to me like 3 Weeks before Christmas:

'Patrick love, I went to talk to Santa about that gameboy and he showed me it - it's really tiny and small love, it looks very cheap.'

And I was like 'BUT MUM '

And she goes 'Do you want this new thing that's coming out? It's called a Nintendo DS, It's like better than a Gameboy but is like it?'

And I was like 'FINE THEN!'


So weird - that was only 5 Years ago that Gameboys died and DS's came in, feels like another decade.

I had a purple Gameboy Colour. The plastic was see through so you could see all the circuitry.

Lol xD I Had the transparent green version.. and then replaced it with a Game Boy Advance Blue which got replaced by the first Nintendo DS In Silver
