Yeah it's a little cringeworthy at times.

We know she's the ditsy blonde and she plays that so well, but sometimes (more-so now with the priest) it's like they are trying to push too hard and they really don't need to.

At times with Carmel the 'less is more' is the right approach (IMO)

Diane hasn't had much scenes with anyone apart from Sinead, Bart, Myra and Finn though.

They need to interact Diane with the village and use Alex Fletcher more, a disgrace she's another actor being sidelined for the likes of Liberty and Noah even though Hollyoaks is mainly aimed at the young demographic.
