You aren't far off, aside from possibly Eoin at times I think I'm probably the harshest mod. Most of my Tibb towers input tends to be among the lines of 'BAN ____ ALREADY! WE'RE TOO SOFT!!!!! DESTROY THEM ALL AND BURN THEIR LIVERS!'

Trouble is you lot base your judgements on us from what you see. You don't see most of the stuff we actually do. Not complaining, as that's part of the job, but sometimes we get given grief about doing naff all when in reality we are doing more than some members think. Like Vicky said though, we are not going to shout about everytime we ban, infract, warn, merge, delete, edit, organise etc.

Some of the mods are unworthy of their status IMO, I think there should be some new ones for CBB and BB12 and some older ones should be downgraded to normal member.
