I'm sure it would have been photographic preference. I happened to particularly like your Energy shot, esp in monochrome. Had a good effect.

Also thought your chaos shot was bang on.

Shaun's had some pretty good pics in earlier rounds, but personally - for me anyway - your pics this week were your best ones overall.

Thanks Pyra, it was hard getting that energy shot done because I had to use the camera timer and light up exactly at the right moment but managed to pull it off alright eventually!

It was a particulary good shot - as you say: more than just a 'snap' - getting it prepped, trying it out and getting it just right to capture the theme - as I said, for my money - it was a fabulous shot, interesting, novel and right back to basics but with brilliant effect - with good thought put behind it.

Is there a vote on the best one single photograph throughout the whole competition...... that would be a wee idea?

Well done Jords and Shaun for making it to the final of the TiBB Photography Competition 2011! I recieved a lot of votes from people and the final result was very close with only 10% between you two.

I can now reveal that with 55% of the vote, the winner is......................
