It's where the Big Brother voices are (they are also story producers) and they are a team which watch the house 24/7 and decide what makes the show, they're also tagging key moments for Best Bits and VTs.

Thats fired a little spark in my brain something I had forgotten from way back to BB6. The voices of BB were a team who had each allocated a number HMs that they followed through the feeds. They each had detailed profiles of the HMs with stuff learnt from th psych profiling and broad expected roles like leader, extrovert, nice guy, villian you get the idea. There job was to find sequebces within the footage that supported the HMs expected role or went very contrary to it and this was how the stories that ran through th HL shows were created and developed. This ws also the reason why some HMs never seemed to appear in HL shows for days at a time because they had nothing to tie them into a HL story. This is the only logical way to get 24hours of footage into a one hour show but maybe in later years it went a little too far where the character become more important than the person.
