What it is, is that Windows Vista had a feature called Windows DreamScene, which let users put a video as their background. Now this feature was removed from Windows 7, but you can still find the file online and put it in the correct location, which will allow you to use this feature on windows 7.

Thanks for the reply bloody typical I got an old PC and havent got it or cant get it. Will use the pic you posted before it looks good on a black background instead of white.
