Really did not like them myself in TXF as they were quite obnoxious and well, talentless, however they have a good TV personality and I like how they dont care what people think and battle on. Nice guys at core and theyve grown on me since TXF... scrap the music though.

People were like this with Ant and Dec too,they had a really daft children's programme covering most of Saturday Morning that was slated by people and they got at Ant and Dec too, they also dabbled in the pop music area too with fair success but never really lighting the charts up.

What happened to them though, they became the 'biggest' presenting team on TV,I can see Louis Walsh keeping Jedward in the spotlight,then steering them to becoming like in the status of Ant and Dec.


Many people don't like Jedward but for every 1 person that doesn't there are likely 2 to 3 who do like them.
In my family for instance ages run from (ignoring the babies) 5 to 90 and the vast majority of those like Jedward,

I am 19, my sis in laws in their 20s and 30s and cousins betwween 14 and 35(male and female) have all been to see them in concert and really enjoyed them.

The main reason people get at Jedward are because most of them are the people who never liked them on X Factor anyway and they near all said, they would be gone and forgotten about within 6 to 9 months after X Factor finished that year.

What irks them is that they are still in the spotlight, even more so now, that they have amassed millions between them and there is bo sign of the demand for them on TV to be abating,in fact after CBB it's likely to increase.

BB desperately needs to split them up for a task or something. Maybe even be really evil and hide one of them away for a while and pretend that "half" has been evicted.

We do not really know what these two men (they aren't boys as has been said) are really like as individuals. All we see is them jumping around like 9yr olds. I doubt as individuals they'd be doing much jumping and messing a around and then we might get a glimpse of their true personalities.

We know, from documentaries etc, that they don't always agree with each other.

And what are all these documentaries that Ive happily missed about Jedward? I can't imagine there's much to say beyond two retarded talentless boys getting a lucky break on a Tv show. Its not like they have any work or talent to discuss.

There was a 3-part documentary on Jedward a few months ago - I expect there are bits of it on YouTube. In their own minds they are rock stars and, be in no doubt, they seem deadly serious about it.
