Dunno if Jay is intelligent enough. That "what you see is what you get" doesn't really fit well with a jungle cat style.
Yeah but he is cool though. He doesnt get too excited, and he is confident enough. I dont think he is stupid, maybe not well educated, but he doesnt seem stupid to me. Like Jason at first, when he was funtime Franky! in the beginning, he would cook naked, and walk around in his small pants! But he was a true jungle cat\!
