Whatever training the Samaritans give people to answer their phones couldn't be classed as proper counsellor training. If I was suicidal and wanted someone to speak to, I'd be dead before I got an ounce of sympathy, understanding or empathy from Rebeckah. I would suggest she try a little counselling herself but it wouldn't be enough. That girl needs full-on Freud and a couch.
