Yep, if he was what he claims to be: it would have been one of the first things to spring to mind..... all talk, no action.

apart from anything else: he could have had a lot of fun with this King for the Day thing:- yet instead he completely wastes it by telling people to jump in the pool etc. The man is boredom personified.

He may've actually worked out that if he ordered the girls to do anything like that it would be terribly awkward because they don't actually like him very much lol
