Oh, right. Now that it's getting a lot better, I wouldn't recommend going to the gym just yet but at least go on regular walks and, if you can, bike rides. Get a bit more active.

Just eat healthily every day. For breakfast, I don't know. Cereal? Eggs? (I don't like eggs but they're healthy.) Fruit juice? Things like that. Google it.

When you're feeling hungry between periods, snack on fruit salad or just fruit or just salad.

Yeah, fish is great for you. Just eat healthily. I'm sure you'll be able to find it on Google.

You'll have to go shopping for that. Go easy on the breakfast, though.

Just do simple stretches and walks. Don't go to the gym until you've fully recovered.
