Neither do I - neither of them (or indeed ANY of the housemates) are in any sort of 'one on one' exclusive romantic relationship. From the clips we are seeing, the one certainly with Faye and Anton 'discussing' it - it was Faye herself who appears to have been giving Aaron grief over what 'may or may not have happened'. It came across that he wasn't really perturbed too much - it was all coming from her to him.
