'Bananagate' is funny to a certain degree, but I can understand the housemates anger over it. For those who found it hysterically funny; how would you feel if you had worked really hard in that task only to find the shopping had been replaced with bananas and cornflakes?

It wasn't just Jay who expressed anger over it. Maisy, Tom and quite a few of the others were not impressed with the prank either. You can't blame them for feeling angry over it after how hard they had worked, especially when Harry and particularly Aaron were trying everything they could to sabotage the task.

Aaron and Harry's behaviour during the task was selfish, imo. There's having a laugh and then there's taking things too far. If neither of them wanted to participate in the task then that's fair enough, but walking around breaking finished toys made by other HMs was bang out of order.

I would have said that neither of them should be allowed to enjoy the shopping seeing as they put no effort into wining it. They should have been put on rations this week and the shopping left to those who participated in the task, but seeing as Harry's sabotaged the shopping, there's now no point.

Jay and his lap dogs did not do much in Task. If they are so bothered about the shopping let Jay go in the diary room with the list. Now that would be good TV. Or get Lazy Maizy to do it

I really don't see much of a difference, in both cases you're just messing around with the food in the house. By ordering all those banana's and chocolate you're wasting money as well, but are they really going to eat all of those banana's, chocolate and milk in one week anyway?

They would have done that knowing it would piss Jay off and he's been pretty desperate for them to pass that ask and get the full budget so I don't see why it's any more spiteful to wind Harry up by hiding his tea bags (which I thought he said he was doing, not tearing them up)

The freezer had to be replaced. Did you read any of the threads and pay attention to what the highly plausible reasons for covering it up. Of course it's simple to edit - we see one hour out of 23 hours a day.

Not if BB had instructed, where we didn't see, that no one that knew about it had to mention it again 'in the house'.

Heaven let it slip when she was on bbbots, she was totally surprised that we hadn't seen it, Rebeckah added her weight to it too.

Heaven did actually say it was disgusting as your friend did too I believe. Clearly BB thought it way too distasteful to show on TV at all, their lack of full and clear denial it happened showed that Heaven and Rebeckah must be correct.
Neither like each other at all, there is no way they would have commented on it if it wasn't true.
