What they were told is that they will be able to change the 'nominations'...not exactly who was up for eviction.

quick edit, lol..oh yeah I get it now...Do you think they might be able to cancel out peoples nominations by getting them to scream? So perhaps they are in control of who gets the scares so they would pick who they thought nominated them...
