Exactly. He does not need her now. He knows perfectly well that a young woman would hope to have children. He has a child. So why was he shocked that Faye wanted children.
His wife gave a good interview on Aaron and dismissed many of the things he says. That is why Faye's family were so worried about her being used in this way.
