Oh I think it was quite clear that he was angry. Or maybe frustrated is the correct word.

I think in that one moment it clicked for him, the reason he comes off as the bad one in the relationship constantly is because of things like this. Her making things into something they are not. It was ridiculous how when called up on her bullsh**t she tried to play the 'I was joking' card
