If anything I can see more people turning off, people are getting fed up of XF this year. The judges rowing didn't increase the viewers so I doubt this will.

I thought the same too. I wish they would just let it run and leave any changes until the next series.

All this achieves is some fans will end up losing their favourites quicker than anticipated.
