Mmmm...... I recall the piccies on your Llama thing way back, and you looked healthy (as in build wise). People focus too much on height and weight alone though: some people with the same stats can look completely different - one can look fine, the other can look overweight or even underweight. It all depends on the body frame size as well.

I'm quite petite build for example - yet going upto about 9stone, 9.5 stone is regarded as still healthy for my age and height: yet I'd have to move into size 14 (or more) clothes and I'd be well overweight - for my frame - regardless of what the recommended stats say - coz it would be fat as I dont' exercise much nowdays.

Yet I was that weight years ago when I trained very hard - but was still size 10 -due to it being muscle rather than fat (which obviously musicle is heavier than fat)

People fuss too much over the actual figures.

Yepp I completely get where youre coming from, and Im quite broad and told a lot that Im good for my build but eh I think 2 stone less would do me loads of good.

You looked good from that diving pic you posted a while back
