But I think the difference is that with the 50,000 they had to split, BB told them it has to be split between all 5 of them and knowing that BB would throw another spanner in the works they ALL decided that no matter what happens it would be shared equally - which to me is correct. It's not fair that Tom only gets 10 quid yet Alex gets 30,000.

So, why should Aaron now split the 50,000 when it wasn't BB telling him to do it, but just some discussion he had with Jay but nothing was signed or sealed and not formal agreement was made? Plus if it was such a binding agreement why wasn't it brought up by Brian or by Emma on BBOTS - they would have jumped at the opportunity to pull Aaron up on something like that.

Plus, you could also go on forever - such as will Jay split money he makes from photo shoots with Louise and will Aaron then need to split any money he makes from interviews and photo shoots as BB winner, etc., etc.

Aaron received the most votes so therefore he won the money as well as the title and technically he should have been walking out with 100,000 and not 50,000.

Aaron came up with the splitting it equally when out the house (the shared 50k) but I'd say it speaks volumes about his character to go back on agreement he made off his own back to split with jay. He didn't have to do it but he DID make that promise.
