IMO, Yes. He is her child, although one would think that at his age, 27, she'd let him try to make his own way in the world, he's at an age where he should be able to stand on his own two feet by now, surely, without his mother pleading (yes, that was the word she used on twitter to CTweedy I believe) for them to back her son.
So yes, I'd call that whoring Jay. He perhaps is happy with it, but that doesn't dismiss my right to my opinion on the matter.
