Never said it didn't happen. I just tend to listen to all the conversation and not stop at what I want to hear. Aaron said they would work it out so everyone gets 10K each. They did not show them working it out in the HL shows. But after they drew the names from the hat Tom made the statement "alex is the only that has to split, really." Since Jay said he did his part by splitting with Lou and no other HM is disputing this. It is safe to say the split would be Alex giving Aaron 9010, tom 9990 and Lou 1k. Jay would give Lou 5k.

Of course BB caused this. It is exactly what they wanted.

Yes, agreed totally on BB causing all the kerfuffle......all because they didn't want Aaron to bag the full lot, that's pretty much a certaintly imo.

The actual agreement was everyone would get 10K. Jay and Lou didn't so they have the right to criticize. I would be suprised if anyone in this forum agrees with what your saying. But then again, Jay is involved so I wouldn't be.

No the agreement was that they would pool all the monies together and then split it so all would get £10k each.

They have no right to criticise - how much did Jay and Louise pool together with the other housemates - you know, to Aaron and Tom for example? If they didn't - well, they are as bad as the people they are slagging off.

I'm not particularly bothered if anyone on this forum agrees with me or not, it's hardly going to affect my own view on it.

No they agreed that everyone would get 10K each, not that they would pool it and then split it.

Makes perfect sense that Jay would give Lou £5k leaving Alex to split hers accordingly.

I disagree. If an agreement was made that everyone would get 10K - then to ensure a fair split - monies would have to be pooled together then split 5 ways.

I cannot recall EVER the housemates saying or agreeing ; "right, Jay, you give Louise x amount, Alex, you give Tom, Louise, and Aaron x amount". If you heard that, and can show me the clip I'll be the first one to offer you a very sincere apology.

Common sense tells you monies don't have to be pooled in order to be split equally and seeing that Jay and Louise are a couple and are kind of 'sorted' with what they were allocated, it leaves Alex, and only Alex, left to hand over the dosh

There was never an agreement to pool the money together. Your Lord even said it before they found out how the split was going to happen. He said they would not let us split it because we could just go 11k, 9k, 11k, 9k, 10. and those that have 11k would give 1k to those that have 9k. You think the HM's were going to show up at a location with the money and divide it evenly? Sure Tom was going to show up with his 10, Aaron with his 990. They agreed each person would get 10K. No pooling money. Why do you dismiss the fact Tom said Alex is the only one that would have to split?

Why do you keep dismissing the fact Tom said "It's only Alex thats really got to split." Everyone else says "Yeah" then Tom states again "She's the only one thats got to split any money" While this was said Lou and Jay were loved up against each other on the couch. Common sense would say Tom made this comment because they saw Jay and Lou as 1. They had 19K. So Alex would just need to give them 1K. Then Alex gives Tom 9990 and Aaron 9010.
