Given your desire for a free world, I very strongly suspect that she has been remanded on bail until her court case: for one reason - to actually protect HER. Most people here actuallly DO recognise that (whether they agree or not, is a different matter) however I do feel that most on here do recognise the reason for the police arresting and detaining her currently.

If your method of thought is to be considered: she would be free to roam the streets and take her chances with those who may wish to met out their own form of 'dealing with her'. Maybe that's a better idea: and then everyone can just turn a blind eye should that happen, and people take matters into their own hands, another crime is committed.

The biggest concern I'd have really is for her little boy. If she was out of it and/or crazy, she needs to be seriously investigated by social services.

Putting her ignorance to one side, in view of the fact that she appears either drunk or drugged or both, you would hope that this has brought it to the attentions of Social Services...but I'm not convinced they will even be aware of it....I hope I'm wrong

Call me an evil cow: I would laugh like hell if she was given community service along the lines of cleaning toilets or something in a place whereby she would be likely only to encounter those that she berated and ranted her abuse at.

Nah she will be on trial on January 3rd, so stays at her majestys pleasure till then. Love the excuse the remand is for her safety pmsl.

It seems like people are taking her advice,but with violence added into it.

4 Muslims attack a white girl and kicked her head in,pulled her hair out,also called her a white slag yet the judge has only gave them 6 weeks in prison due to not being able to handle alcohol because they are muslims.

Even then, if she makes a not guilty plea there will be a wait for a trial, if she pleads guilty, chances are she wont be sentenced for a few weeks in order to prepare social work, medical and psychiatric reports.

I don't think she'll do time anyway:- she'll get a fine and/or community service -what with her having being banged up on remand for as long.

Some people have been going berserk about it on Facebook when I was just on there aswell,people are claiming hypocrisy.

JF the incident that involved the muslim gang beating up on the white girl happened in June last year, hardly as a reaction to the woman in the OP's original outburst.

The actual sentencing hearing took place last month.

Article states she is a 'former dental assitant'. Wonder if that means she actually isn't working afterall (yet she said she did work during the tram rant) or..... if she's been fired.

Odd you mention that part MTVN, I had the same thoughts myself when I saw the word 'Treason'.

having read that link....... I particularly rolled eyes at this part from the BNP author of that said article above.
