Unfortunately 'word of mouth' is one of the most effective advertising methods and people reading those comments - and well, that's not exactly good advertising for Tibb.

I understand that. What I don't understand is how that is related to my comment that I made in respect of how Tibb is being perceived by others - as ''being for kids'' / ''the behaviour'' not being the best advert for the site.
