They give no thought or understanding to the lifetime of pain, suffering and devastating loss placed upon family because they have no clarity of thought. If they did, they wouldn't be suicidal.

I find it incredibly heartless and harsh to say someone is selfish when they are not of sound mind. It's like criticising a man with no legs because of his inability to run fast.
