Just so you know, a vast majority of American do not know squat about where is Canada, what language we speak and how we live, despite the fact we are just north of them and the biggest trading partner in the world. So go figure.

I worked for a Montreal company with a NY office and sometimes new-yorker came to the head office in Montreal, and one of them came dress for winter in July, poor guy it was 35 Celsius outside and about 100% humidity. I never laughed so hard in my life, but felt really bad at the same time.

We DID used to pride ourselves on having higher educational standards than across the pond... sadly I think that is no longer the case
