Possibly it wasnt said in such a nasty way more in the way of someone with weight problems should think of others as well. As in past BBs Natalie and someone else, was it Nicola, took over the shopping list and food aspect possibly only thinking of themselves. By the sound of it they didnt consider the twins request? This is the downfall of not having live feed. It was wrong of Natlie, Nicola and Gareth to hide the food but has this been shown on the edits, I dont think so...
