Just respond to the points or leave them, yeah? It's cool with me either way. I know you didn't ask for an argument on what you wrote but I felt like giving you one anyway because that's sort of the point of the thread.

It seems like you can't actually converse with about 70% of the people on this forum without instantly driving the car off the road and insisting that it's your car and you can do what you want with it.

But it's their fault, obviously. RIP TiBB.

**** it, man. I'm talking to a mesh fence.
Precisely the point I was making earlier Stu.

Thanks for exemplifying what I meant so succinctly.

That's not what I meant and you know it. You were talking about arguments in terms in insults being thrown and driving threads off topic. That bit of text you quoted in red is referring to an argument that I have stated repeatedly now is a friendly one not intended to insult. One that is discussing the topic. A form of argument otherwise known as 'debate'. If you don't want one, stop engaging in one.

Talk about exemplifying points succinctly. You came in here complaining that people are driving threads off topic by not replying to the actual points being made and that is exactly what you are doing now. I have given you my opinion on why the forum is so much quieter now and instead of engaging with the opinion or saying 'No thank you, I disagree' and moving on you've seen fit to go on the dreaded Pyramid* moralistic "I CAN SAY WHAT I WANT WHEN I WANT AND THIS IS MY OPINION AND I AM ME AND YOU ARE YOU" rampage.

Beyond. Reason. To hell with you.

I'll reply to whatever posts I wish to Stu -both your original and your edited version above: and I most certainly will reply to ones such as yours that simply cannot accept that some people are doing nothing more than sharing their own experience of Tibb - whether you agree with it or not.

When have I ever said I can't accept it though? All I did was offer up counterpoints that you couldn't handle. Like I said it's literally impossible to actually speak with you. You have this seemingly infinite ability to confront even the most benign of posts with this odd, paranoid wrath. I feel silly in myself now that I've even went there again.

Also please stop treating edits as if it's some giant conspiracy. I often post then add something to those posts.

Who said anything about a conspiracy Stu. There is one person who is gagging for a fight on here - and it's not me. Every post you've made to me directly has had unecessary expletives and aggression all over them - and continually making derogatory and disrepectful comments.

It's precisely the type of thing I was actually referring to in my earlier comment in respect of my own experience of tibb.

How are my gagging for a fight though? I came into this with my own opinion on why TiBB is a much quieter place now. The first thing I even said was that I wasn't having a go at you.

Instead of agreeing or disagreeing with the post however you tackled it in your usual high strung way and seemed to take it as "Hi, Stu here. I am right. You are wrong. You have no right to your own opinion on it whatsoever".

It's just crazy that you're trying to turn this back on me.

Read back on your replies for the obvious aggessive wording that you use as well as your admitting you wanted an argument anyway. I'm not arguing: I'm stating my own point of view: I'm not particulary interested whether that matches anyone elses: everyone else has their own point of view - whether I agree or not.

Read it again carefully. 'I' being the operative term. I didn't say "your points are wrong". I said "I think they are wrong". I. Me.

It's the little things you have to pay attention to.

Bit late, isin't it. By the way all that stuff you quoted? That's after it all started.

Tell you what ... we'll work on a new gimmick from now on so that TiBB doesn't have to bear this sort of passionate love between us. Whenever you feel like having a good ol' time by trading in your well cultivated sense of sanity for a keyboard I won't respond to you directly because clearly things don't actually go places when you're on board for the ride. What I'll do is simply alter my own orignal post that you quoted and translate it for the benefit of the rest of TiBB into what you read it as.

The recent example being :
