If you won £30 million plus what would you do?

Would you quit work?

Would you buy your place of work?

Would you go on a year long holiday?

Give some to charity?

If I won 30 million I'd buy my place of work and sack the area management and get rid of the crappy working enviroment we currently work in.

I'd also build a 6 or 7 bedroom house in the area I live now.

I'd give 5 million to my friends and family

I'd buy a holiday home in the Dominican republic and stay there for 2 weeks every 8 weeks.


I don't think I could give up work full time though as I'd get bored .

I would also put 2-3 million in my kids trust funds that they couldn't touch till they are 21 and they reach certain academic targets.

I'd pay off all my student loans, buy a house. Give money to family to clear all their debts and so they can live comfortably. But, I wouldn't give up education/work. I'd finish my degree then take a year long break going around the world then probably try out my own business.

And, yeah, if it's that much some would definitely go to charity.

I'd save the money, continue my education and work for another few years or so, then I'd travel the world before settling down in the city I liked the most.

I would continue my education then go on a gap year and spend it on a remote island resort and live secluded without communication for a year. Then go to uni and after try get a normal job. Then after a while of working normally, I would start my own business and get myself a nice house and just live comfortably.

I would give some to a charity in a south east asian country. Also if my mother or two sisters ever needed any monetary help I would help them.

Give £5m to my closest family, i.e £1m each.

Buy a mansion with pools, cinema rooms, games rooms etc. If I won more I love the idea of buying an entire street out for all my family/friends to live on that you could make private.

If I was still in education, I'd more than likely pull out, unless I was really that interested or close to finishing. If not, then unless I could get a job I really liked, I'd probably work for a half a year or so then retire early. Would only start working again if I ever got bored...but with that amount of money, I couldn't imagine it. It's like a dream

Oh, and maybe a couple of grand to charity, just to show I'm not a heartless ****.

I think i'd give 3 million to various charites, 100k to everyone who I worked with, A million to my closest family and then I'd still have 20+ mill to travel the world and buy houses in all the places i like

id buy some acres of land build my own house and open a retired geryhound sanctuary as well as keeping my 7 whippets id prob breed again and keep the whole litter myself, with all these dogs i wudnt need to work id be so busy. in my acres of land id also build houses for my mam, sister and bro in law, niece and partner and soon to be baby, and my nephew partner and their 2 kids or give them money to buy their own houses, prob pay for all my mates 2 go on a wild weekend somewhere doesnt have to b abroad york or edinburgh (i live newcastle) give some to charity, buy a mobile home bug enuf for 7 or more dogs. aww the things i cud do with money

Drop out of Uni, buy a big house with a private golf course, and never work a day in my life, apart from maybe the odd day helping out somewhere or something. Unless there was something I really loved doing I don't see why I'd bother having a proper job, and I don't really think there is tbh, I might try to write a book in my spare time I suppose. Would probably do a lot of travelling and go to all the major sporting events, World Cup, Ashes, Super Bowl etc.

I'd give a bit to a charity or cause that I support, and some to my family but I wouldn't go crazy with it, most of my family are already quite well off tbh so maybe a hundred thousand to my parents and 50k or so for other relatives

If I won it at this age and it was all mine, I'd give a bit to family and friends and not "friends" I mean just a select few proper close friends.

Then I'd donate some to charity, buy a new phone and laptop, a few games and CDs and put the rest away for after and during Uni where I'd go on nice holidays, buy a relatively nice house and car and I'd get a job because otherwise I'd be bored.

I couldn't see myself not doing anything, I think I'd probably get a financial adviser to help me with investing and stuff, I'd feel guilty just having a free ride in life..give a bit to my family, bit to charity, and get someone to deal with all the people writing to ask for money

Probably buy a big place in the Midlands area so I was close to Villa

I've never took part in the lottery though because I wouldn't want all that money. Would rather win just enough to buy a house and get settled, whilst giving family some too
