13 is really young, especially for an implant!
But the underage sex and pregnancies is a worrying issue and it can potentially ruin the lives of those who have children at a young age (compared to what they could have achieved if they weren't a young mum. I have no statistics to back that up, that's just my opinion). If they are given the implant at 13 would this encourage more underage sex? |
