I doubt they read them all though, probably a great deal of reports that aren't worth their time. Ones about the moderators should be flagged then, because if indeed a mod has broken a rule I think it is worse than if a member does.

Rules that allow mods to be abusive to other members? Rules that allow frequent barrages of being called all sorts but it does happen and not without frequency. This isn't however a slagging off session - it's more an explanation as to why I personally have voted those that I have.

They can see them Charlie, you can also PM them if it's that important.

Admin are a constant presence in the towers, they've never once complained about any of our actions. Just because they don't post on the forums often doesn't mean that they aren't in control or don't do anything.

I have cast two votes only. I think the majority of mods are brilliant all round, but as Charlie said there is a certain amount of hypocrisy from a couple. Sorry.

Firstly it is not really my fault I 'know little about' it. Is it?

It is quite fair to assume the admin aren't often online if we do not see them in my opinion.

I also think many of the mods are quite biased subconsciously. I do not think they try to be but on occasion some cannot help it.
