I'm sorry, but you are wrong. George H. W. Bush had nothing to do with Bush 43's election.
His name had brand power, but you cannot say that that his father had any real connections to help him get elected. His Father, H. W. couldn't even get himself re-elected, so it's a silly argument to make.
