If the Government were REALLY that concerned - they'd make smoking tobacco illegal.

All they are doing is paying lip service to it all.

They make far too many billions of £s on the tax and vat on cigarettes and tobacco to every want to put their 'money' where their mouths are..... and ban it.

They won't as it generates far too much revenue, so in the meantime: they play these silly pretences of implying that they want people to stop smoking or reduce the numbers: to use the pun ''it's nothing but a smokescreen'.
