Escort agencies of course do in fact provide the service of prostitution that is "left up to the individual" as they do not advertise sex for cash. There are plenty of willing people in the escort industry. There are also high class prostitutes that offer their services to business men in swanky hotels. Ones that run their businesses from home and advertise in telephone boxes. Street workers. Many kinds. I am not sure I understand how legalised prostitution/brothels would "remove the safeguards in place currently for victims". Could you please explain?
