Vice City deserves to win, it's the best GTA there is.

Um, Call of ******ing Duty?

If anything GTA is under rated nowadays.
FAR from it. GTA's up there with the most overrated franchises. GTA4 was so poor, it's a sad day when a knockoff product like Saints Row feels more like a true GTA game then an actual GTA game.
