and 16 minutes later - this appears on the Ban List - by UKT. It's almost as thought it was a special leaving present from Tibb to UKT.... dish out a permaban to someone.

Haha I was only joking, that wasn't actually the reason he came on yesterday, that ban hadn't even been decided at that point I posted
