The easiest most affective way of losing weight is as 08marsh also said, just cut down on portions and eat less.

Fat is just all the food you eat that your body does not need and it puts it into storage because were evolved to do that. and we are only evolved to do that because in caveman days we would have to go days starving so the fat would provide the energy.
