He certainly did act like a petulant child, as you put it, and he most certainly deserved to be disqualified but the whole 'assualt' thing is bollocks.
Exactly, the judge excused them because they was drunk at the time and he said that Muslims are not used to handling there drink, but the last time I checked Alcohol doesn't make you gang up on a girl, calling her a white slag and pull chunks of her hair out which still hasn't grown back, and she's still scared to go outside because of what those bitches done to her.

The law seems to pick and choose which cases to take seriously and which ones not to take seriously.

I'm going to have to disagree with you here, although I would usually agree very much with what you're saying.

The only objection I have to any of this is to the ridiculous 'assault' case being brought up, when it was simply a case of him acting like a 10-year-old and throwing his dollies out of the pram.

However harsh any of that may be, you cannot justify a professional acting unprofessional on professional grounds. Are you saying that people should be allowed to make fools out of themselves without fear of valid repercussions and consequences? Is that what you're saying?

I know the whole thing seems pretty ridiculous put together but when you actually take out all the bits and think about it you see that not all of it was wrong to do (i.e. the law's consequences on the guy, not his behaviour).

It's still not as bad as the planned attacks that I mentioned above and nothing was and will not be done about them.

Intentional/serious assault

This, even Joey Barton wasn't getting into as much trouble when he beat the crap out of Dabo, yet this is something that's being investigated seriously.

I think prolly the british just did this to try to embarass the argies before the olympics and because it is the anniversary of the fauklands war.

I've never seen any other tennies tourny where they strategically place such an old man right next to an advertizing board before, it does seem like a bit of a set up....

lol
