Caroline is the source of nastiness, she talks ill about others behind their backs and to their faces as well. She picks on people and spreads nastiness to the others and they do the dirty work for her. She is overly glad to see evicted people go and shows no kind of compassion for the people heading for the stairs. She maid Chrises life miserable in the house, calling him all types of names etc etc... I can go on and on.

I seriously dont know how some of you can defend her.
