No, she's upset that some of the cigarettes Arron chopped up were her personal property, that she brought into the house with her own money, while everyone else's were paid for by BB after they all ran out. Conor had told her up front he was getting her extra to make up for what she lost, and Ashleigh is being her usual twatwaffle self about it.
