I hope you understood that that whole reply was a joke starting with the unnecessary use of the word "like" it was supposed to sound stupid. Of course they could put a ramp in, but they have stairs right now and I was making an observation that everybody has already made. That observation being that there are stairs and not a ramp like you have suggested that they could use.
