The police would laugh in your face. It would take an awful lot more than that for them to take action, and you know it. You are being pedantic, you silly thing.
Think about the cruelty on Twitter against young people who have committed suicide or been murdered. That is pure, unadulterated evil that should be punished - and the police are having difficulty bringing charges. Do you think those people should be allowed to spout their cruelty in the name of freedom of speech?
Oh, and you didn't answer my question - do you think it is fine for people to be bullied in schools/ the workplace in the name of freedom of speech?
