No she isn't. She was the first person to comfort Lauren in the first few weeks, and shes always there for Conor (who everyone hates but the point still stands), and was trying to make Shievonne feel better etc. She is clearly an uber bitch,m but she's not 'devoid of human emotion' and shes certainly not rotten/ to the core either.

Nothing she does is done with an ounce of sincerity. She's as cold as ice and you my friend are terrible at reading people.
